Felix is a pleasure to work with! He contacted me quickly and came to do an estimate with in a few days. His prices are very reasonable & his work is impeccable. He was always on time, professional & left my house my house spotless.

Felix and his team were always professional and helpful during our renovations. Felix came out within a few days of contacting him for a quote and was upfront and honest about the projects and timeline. He kept constant communication with any surprises that inevitably arise sometimes in construction and helped us stay within budget to fix and correct the issues. Highly recommend Felix and his team for a headache free experience!

Felix and his team have done multiple projects for us including opening a closet, creating a bedroom, and renovating our bathroom. He and his team also corrected the work of a previous contractor in our kitchen. He is a true professional. His team is reliable, timely, and extremely helpful. Felix took his time to walk us through the process answering any questions we had and ensured we stayed within budget. Felix will forever be our go to guy for home repairs. Felix is the absolute best to work with! We’ve used him and his team for multiple home improvement projects over the years ranging from building a brand new mudroom, to renovating our bathrooms, to installing a new roof, and much more. He’s our go to guy when it comes to home renovation. His quotes are reasonable, he’s reliable, and he stands by his work. My husband can be a tough critic on these things, and he has always been satisfied, which says something. Felix does great work and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!

I have been in contact with and have known a few contractors and tradesman throughout my home owning life and without question Felix is the best contractor/tradesman I have hired! Not only is Felix the general contractor but he also does the work and is there everyday. I needed a new bedroom and bathroom for my house and I’m floored by how amazing the 2 rooms came out. From step 1 to the final step Felix and his crew were professional, on time, and respectful. There wasn’t a day that would go by that I wouldn’t hear from Felix letting me know what he’s waiting for (example: inspectors, doors, etc.), what the next step was, and even ideas on how to make the project/rooms look better. His prices are very reasonable and I have no doubt that if you hire him for a job you will be happy. I’ve already hired him to do more renovations around my house and referred him to friends and family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If you want a trustworthy and reliable contractor then Felix, Lucas Construction, LLC, is the company for you! Felix and team installed a handicapped accessible full bathroom, laundry/utility room renovation and family room renovation flawlessly. The things we loved the most besides the final results are Felix’s attention to detail, flexibility, able to look outside the box while staying within budget all the while working around a senior with dementia. Felix and team have great communication, respectful and timely. We can only say great things about this project and our experience with Felix and team. Fantastic job!!! 10 stars if we could. He is definitely on our go to list whenever we have a job for him!

It was such a pleasure to work with Felix. He is very professional and worked on a unbelievable schedule which made it easy to accomplish my project. The amount of detail effort he put into my project gave me a great deal of peace of mind with my kitchen renovation. Felix is by far the best contractor I’ve worked with in a very long time. From the moment we first engaged with Lucas construction(Felix) for design and concept ideas, right through to project completion, we have been impressed and completely satisfied with his professionalism, quality of work, and consistent communication throughout. Felix has recently finished our basement and our primary objective was to increase the living space in our house and we are very happy with the results. The job was completed in a timely manner and came in on budget. We were very pleased with the outcome! Omg Felix did an AMAZING job on my deck. Not only did he make my bison come to life he reinforced what was already on there.

I’m in LOVE with my Deck the house looks new again! Beat part is that he cleaned after himself and left the house SPOTLESS!!

I will keep coming back for his work and professionalism. I recommend Felix for all construction work!

From introduction through completion Felix and his crew were refreshing to work with. He showed up on time, was professional, and built our new deck with quality materials.

Felix is a rare find in the home renovation market. This is our third house we’ve worked on and truly appreciate the effort he put in. We have an updated deck that we will make memories on for years to come.

Our family will use Lucas Construction as needed, for additional renovations in our home.

Lucas construction renovated my deck and in my porch recently, I was very pleased with the renovation. They gave me a great price and very good quality of work, and I attended to keep doing business with them for years to come. Felix was a great person to work with. He was professional and creative. He completely renovated two bathrooms and my kitchen. The finished jobs were beautiful and done in a timely manner. Felix and his team deserve all 5 stars. My Fiance and I had construction nightmares in the past and let me tell you I am very sorry to not have found Lucas Construction beforehand. Felix is very responsive, and his team did a great job! They were very punctual and worked hard with attention to detail. It was nice that he was willing to help with several areas of the renovation. This is the second time he has been her to do work and not the last, I am sure.

Lucas Construction did an amazing job adding a large staircase to my 2 level garage. We also had a large rock fireplace that was ready to fall over in the yard. Felix and his crew went above and beyond removing the fireplace that consisted of tons of cement and rock. They had the fireplace gone and new stairs up in a short amount of time. They are very professional, price was great, we’ll be using them for any future projects we have.

First of all big thank you to Felix and his crew for a job well done. Felix and his crew were prompt, always keeping us updated on progress. Best part beside the workmen ship was the coordination of having two bathrooms done back to back. Very considerate and especially fantastic keeping the dust to a minimum and never leaving a mess at the end of each day. Love the transformation of two ugly 1950 bathrooms to new modern look. Felix was great giving suggestion along the way. Will use Felix and the crew again.
